Protective riding gear naturally experiences wear over time.

Items such as helmets, gloves, jackets, and protective armor should always be inspected before each ride.

For your safety, replace any product that has:

  • Been involved in an accident
  • Suffered significant impact
  • Become structurally damaged
  • Reached the manufacturer's recommended replacement period

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
  5. Wait for our warranty review instructions.

Warranty Inspection

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
