To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure around your head, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and over the widest part of the back of your head. Compare the measurement to the size chart in the product images below. A helmet should feel snug with no pressure points and shouldn't move when you shake your head.        

Care and safety note

Remove the liner and ear pads to hand wash them with mild soap and cool water, and let them air dry. A helmet only protects you if it fits snugly and the chin strap is fastened correctly. Replace any helmet that has been in a crash or has visible damage to the shell or liner.
